Hey, I’m Steph
When I was younger I always wanted to be a vet. I instead decided to move to a different city after high school and started working.
I experimented with all sorts of jobs, in fact, I had 32 jobs in 15 years.
I would start a job, learn all the ins and outs of it, and then get bored and move on.
I changed my college major 3 times, trying to determine what would be the right fit for me.
I had so many passions and things I wanted to learn about, narrowing it down to one thing seemed wrong.
People joked about it – what’s Steph up to now? They would wonder.
And for a long time, I let that make me feel small. Unfocused. Wrong.
But eventually, I realized the truth: I’m multi-passionate. I’m not here to fit into one box—I’m here to build a life and career that lets me be all of who I am.
That clarity didn’t come overnight. It came after I tried to do everything “right”—running a charity, getting laid off in 2020, starting a business, and still trying to make it look like I had it all figured out.
But something shifted when I stopped pretending and started telling the truth. About my messy path. About what I value. About who I really am.
When I owned my story, people listened. Not just because I had the right credentials, but because they saw themselves in me.
Now, I help others do the same.
Through my Own Your Story coaching, I work with career changers, emerging thought leaders, and business owners to help them stop hiding, start sharing, and build personal brands that actually feel like them.
Because your story isn’t a liability, it’s your power.
If you’ve ever felt too much, not enough, or like you had to dim your light to fit in, I see you. You’re not broken. You’re just meant for more than one thing.
Let’s build a career—and a brand—that reflects all of who you are.
